Hot chocolate

The drink that is appropriate all year round. Whether it is cold with cream or extremely hot with marshmallows. So here is a simple recipe of pretty delicious one.


  • milk (1 liter)
  • hot/dark chocolate (200 gr.)
  • farina (2-3 tea spoons)


Dilute the farina in one cup of milk. The rest of the milk pour into the pan, put on medium heat and add the chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is dissolved. Then add milk and farina, stir well and heat until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Serve with almond croissant or a fresh toast.

Also you make like to swap the milk into low-fat or non-fat one, that is all up to you.
